Studio Manager / Production Coordinator

Emma Roach Studio, a busy set design studio is looking for a Studio Manager to join its team and support various creative projects.

A full time role that covers a diverse scope offering an exciting, varied workload within a creative set design team.

The successful candidate will need to be a great communicator with a friendly attitude and the ability to problem solve while remaining immensely cool under pressure! A highly organised team player with a systematic approach to overseeing tasks and a creative eye for detail.

Ideal candidate

+ Positive and enthusiastic problem solver, open to finding new solutions and welcoming new challenges

+ Process-driven, organised and systematic with great attention to detail in both writing and with numbers

+ Good computer and creative software knowledge,  e.g. Google sheets, Keynote

+ Confident communicator and collaborator with some experience communicating across teams

+ Design/ creative background

+ Positive make it happen attitude

+ Two – three years industry experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Combining production, project management and PA skills, core duties to include;

+ Supporting the director

+ Running the day to day studio

+ Co-ordinating prep and shoot logistics

+ Liaising with agents, producers, set builders & freelancers

+ Creating and managing budgets, teams and daily work flow

+ Invoicing and final reconciliations

+ Image research

+ Social Media Management

+ Archiving & updating systems

+ On set assistance

+ Be prepared to travel

Key Details

You will be based in our East London studio, open from 9am - 6pm with flexible hours between 8am - 7pm

Salary dependent on skill-set and experience.


You will be based in our studio in Hackney Downs, London, in and old printworks housing creative workspaces.


Emma Roach Studio is a London based design studio specialising in set and production design for the fashion industry. Founded in 2007, the studio works across a variety of different mediums including film, digital and print.
